The Accountant will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and providing financial insights related to warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial transactions related to warehouse operations
Record and reconcile inventory, purchase orders, and invoices
Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial records
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams on financial matters
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for warehouse expenses
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Support in the implementation of financial controls

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably with warehouse or inventory management focus
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or relevant certification is a plus
