Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and excellent analytical skills. The Accounting Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights for management.
Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare and submit tax returns and supporting documentation.
Audit Coordination:

Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits.
Address audit queries and implement recommendations for process improvements.
Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights into financial performance and key performance indicators.
Bookkeeping:

Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Cash Management:

Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the organization’s financial stability.
Implement effective cash management practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
