All Limited Liability Companies (LLC) are compulsorily required to amend their Memorandum of Association to be compliant as per the new Companies Law before 30th June 2017.

The companies failing to comply with the compulsory amendments on or before 30th June 2017 will be “DEEMED AS DISSOLVED” ALSO With FINANCIAL PENALTIES RANGING FROM AED 10,000 TO AED 100000.
