Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments
Enter and verify financial data in ERP/accounting software
Assist with accounts payable/receivable reconciliations and month-end close
Maintain vendor and customer records; support audits
Prepare basic financial reports and reconciliations
Assist with payment runs, cash application, and petty cash
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
