We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Assistant to support our finance department in various administrative and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process and record invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing financial reports.
Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Conduct research, compile data, and assist in generating financial reports or presentations.
Provide general administrative support, such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance-related role or administrative position is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
