Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting a high volume of data from various sources into our systems with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate is focused, organized, and capable of managing deadlines while ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data in internal databases and systems

Verify the accuracy of information before entering

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as needed

Assist with administrative tasks and file management

Follow data entry procedures and company standards

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role

Fast typing skills (40+ WPM) with high accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with database management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle)

Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles

Knowledge of basic accounting or inventory systems (if applicable)
